Simha Ben Sira is the founder and president of SBS Group. Simha has over 35 years of business and real estate experience. Since the beginning of the 1980`s, Mr. Ben Sira has established and grown the firm to include a substantial activity in 3 countries, and he has initiated and carried out the developments of hundreds of residential units. Simha oversees the entire group`s activity and he is the strategic planner and the visionary driving force of the company. Prior to his involvement in the business activity, Simha practiced law and had his own law firm. Simha holds a L.L.B and a B.A in Economy from Jerusalem University.

Itai Ben Sira
Itai Ben Sira is the CEO of SBS Group Belgium. Itai has been involved in the company`s activity since 2000, and he has acquired vast experience in management, marketing, risk management and complicated negotiations. Itai has been leading, navigating and growing the activity in Belgium since 2004, and he has successfully overseen the completion of diverse development projects. Itai holds a B.A in Business Administration from the High College of Management in Israel.

Jonathan Ben Sira
Jonathan Ben Sira the CEO of SBS Group Lithuania and Israel. He oversees projects from acquisition through predevelopment, design, financing, construction and marketing. Jonathan has been involved in the company`s activities since 2010, and throughout the years he has been involved, in different roles, in the development of many more than 200 residential projects units. Jonathan holds an M.B.A with a focus on Real Estate, Finance and Accounting from Tel Aviv University.
