Itai has been leading, navigating and growing the activity in Belgium since 2004, and he has successfully overseen the completion of diverse development projects. Itai holds a B.A in Business Administration from the High College of Management in Israel.

Jonathan Ben Sira the CEO of SBS Group Lithuania and Israel. He oversees projects from acquisition through predevelopment, design, financing, construction and marketing. Jonathan has been involved in the company`s activities since 2010, and throughout the years he has been involved, in different roles, in the development of many more than 200 residential projects units. Jonathan holds an M.B.A with a focus on Real Estate, Finance and Accounting from Tel Aviv University.
